Just added @brewsterkahle's #RSS feed to @thunderbird since he does not have an email subscription to his blog posts. Easy solved.

Screenshot of Thunderbird email client's RSS section showing I have pulled his blog feeds into the application so I will be updated when he has a new blog entry. To the left is the list of his blog posts and to the right is a panel that reveals the entire blog post so I can read his posts within Thunderbird.
