#Santa just drove past!

Every year the local firies drive *very* slowly along every street in town, trucks covered in tinsel, lights flashing, sirens whooping, loud xmas songs playing. Years ago, Santa rode on the back of the truck & threw lollies to waiting kids. My kids loved it. Then OHS banned it. Too dangerous - he might fall off. 🤦

My kids grew up, reached the age of hangovers, then hated the tradition. 😂 I still love it, but wish Santa still stood proudly on the back of the truck.
