What the hell is up with your #NOAA and its website? Went to look at information on #hurricane #Milton, here:

The whole damn report is an #image, including all of the #words. There's no way for a #blind #user to get the warning from this page - there's no alt-text, no repeat of the report contents as actual HTML text below it, nothing.
Is your government's official position "blind people don't need hurricane info"? If so, why?
