The best news out of January - unfortunately, only good news for me and not the world 😅 - is that I managed to do nine strength training workouts, which I am pretty sure is more than any month since when I used to run and train with Nike regularly 8-10 years ago, and still ran 107 miles and did elliptical on non-running days.
