Why do I end up hungrier later in the morning after having a #breakfast sandwich than if I hadn't had anything?
@jdarnold Same thing happens to me. My theory is that the carb-rich sandwich has woken your digestive system and it just want to keep working.
I've helped reduce my food intake by simply not eating until later in the day. (This, by the way, is why "intermittant fasting" works; by restricting the time period that you eat, you eat less.)
