@jblue I have seed of this plant for spring planting. I'm curious about its use for food. Do you have direct experience harvesting and eating it?

I grew Elymus virginicus last year but the rabbits ate it down. 😆 Not sure if it even got a chance to reseed itself.
@jblue I grew E. villosus last year but it did not flower. I don't expect it will have much food value anyway, as it's rather tiny.
