Kinda curious about the TikTok ban technically. I wonder if they snuck some updating mechanism in the app before it gets removed from stores
@samhenrigold they could convert it to basically a web app I'd think, but the bigger issue is that they'll not be allowed to operate in the US or process US bank transactions (I think). That would be the larger issue if that's accurate.
@me I've been spelunking around their app binary today to try and find any interesting strings but it's impossible because everything is misspelt. There were a bunch of hits on "Biden" but only because they misspelt "forbidden" in a bunch of places.
