Buckwheat is a cool-weather crop and is at risk for climate change. It’s a topic of concern for Japanese farmers since soba is really loved. I tried growing buckwheat in fall/winter/spring here and it bolted too early every season I tried.

@Otis_Scops @wavesculptor @pvonhellermannn @DarkOptimism looks like Euro zones are different than American zones. We would be more like 9b but our winter temperatures are very unstable and temperatures go above 27C starting in March and ends in late November.
