I've tried a few times to attend church over the last few years. I'm not #christian but living in the south I often feel that is my only way to make connections with people or have any community.

I think I'm finally realizing, however, that I have way too much #ptsd from past negative experiences.

Do you all have any advice on how to find community in a more conservative area when I'm pretty #liberal?

@hamlin81 I just joined this today. I was using reddit. I'm trying to shift from the mains (meta and X) because they are just trump ass lickers now
