@fulelo So much for the rule of law in the US. A principle to not prosecute a sitting president has led to dropping a prosecution that was active before he was nominated.

Without prejudice, so they can be refiled. This is what garland and smith will hang their hats on to not release the evidence they gathered. We have been played by the democratic party for 8 years. They had no intention of doing anything. Pelosi, schumer, biden. They couldn't have been this stupid, they must have been complicit.
