Can we still talk about a
'#Constitutional crisis' in #America?

Because to call it a 'Constitutional crisis'
It is first necessary
that a compendium of >binding< Constitutional laws >exist
if the laws are not binding... they are NOT laws
there is NO 'Constitution' or rule of Law.
Trump (by decree of the Scotus) is not tied by laws
much less by a 'Constitution' that has been ignored
many time to bring Trump to power.

So
is it a Constitutional crisis if the Constitution is no more followed ?
