I use Ivory as my Mastodon app. D upped the character limit on our instance but the change is not showing up on Ivory. Tried reinstall with no effect. Anyone else have this issue? #ivory #mastodon #CharacterLimits
@annewalk It should reflect the character count of your instance. You reinstalled Ivory? All you should need to do it go to your account settings in Ivory and hit the "reset account cache" button.
@ivory Thanks! In all the time I’ve been using Ivory (since its creation), I never noticed that screen existed. Account settings. Who knew?! (everyone but me, i’m guessing…) All better now.
