Human Rights Watch is calling on the Syrian islamist rebel group, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, or HTS, to protect women's rights as it attempts to lead the country out of chaos. It also asks for HTS to include women in any governance structure. FRANCE 24's Peter O'Brien reports
