Her bare feet touched the ground, connected with the earth beneath her, surrounding her. The soft breeze was cool, refreshing, brushing lightly and gently across her skin.
She leaned back ever so slightly, relaxed yet poised, one with the landscape and at the same time she was independent of it.
She felt energized yet calm, grateful to be in a place of such beauty and mystery.
