Professional associations, like most institutions, lag HARD when it comes to policy positions (e.g. most Catholics have no problem with gay folk or women priests & my union is run by old ytguyz)

@PeachMcD I've taken my shots at this trainwreck today. Most Black folks knew it was going to be bullshit from the very minute the NABJ announced he would be there. We were right. It was bullshit beyond bullshit. He got owned. I would have up and walked out of that venue the minute he walked onstage. I'm still waiting for his ass to show up at Leimert Park on Crenshaw spouting that nonsense.
