I disagree: Informing about the Holocaust is not a distraction from the Gaza genocide and the boosted post in question actually perfectly applies to the genocidal rhetoric directed against Palestinians too.

Also I'm not strictly pro-Palestinian, I demand equal human rights for every person first.
I tend to write long toots. Everybody complains about them. However, like you, people also complain about short toots with lots of (IMO) relevant aspects. Some things simply do not fit in a one-liner.

However, the mainainers of the Auschwitz Memorial are the devil in disguise. You are promoting *them* too by boosting their toots. In their eyes "Never again" does not apply to Palestinians and anyone else considered a threat to Israel (regardless whether credible or not, and regardless who was to blame since decades).
