There are so many ways that this is wrong, but off the top of my head:

1) Not all unemployed people are fat
2) Not all fat people are unemployed
3) Not all fat, unemployed people are in that position because of their fatness
4) Not all 'unemployed' people are jobless - many are unpaid carers, for example

5) Fatness can be caused by many complicated factors, barely any of which are addressed by injecting drugs
6) Many of these 'weight loss' drugs are actually needed for other purposes by people with serious diseases like diabetes, & using them in this way seriously diminishes the available supply
7) The most important point: PEOPLE ARE WORTH MORE THAN MERELY THEIR ECONOMIC POTENTIAL!
