For the love of all that's holy, caption your media! The main reason there's so many blind and partially-sighted folks on the fedi, is because of the alt-text. It's a small courtesy that won't cost you anything, but could make a huge difference to someone else.

Starting to lose count of the number of excellent posts I've boosted, only to realize there's no caption for those who need it. Undo boost.

If you genuinely don't have time, just add #ALT4you and some other kind soul will do it for you.
